Meet our 2026 Scholarship Recipients

Scroggs-Raper Scholarships are named for two co-op retirees whose donations led to formation of the Virginia Foundation of Cooperation. They’ve been awarded since 2013 to students at land grant universities and community colleges studying agriculture-related topics. This year’s 12 recipients include 11 from Virginia Tech and one from Southside Virginia Community College.
